Notwithstanding that a landowner may elect to draw up a lease with their preferred lawyers, JALGA, in association with Le Gallais & Luce, have devised a range of documents, including pro-forma leases and tenancy agreements to save on expense by avoiding duplication.



It is however recommended that landowners obtain independent advice if electing to adopt a pro-forma agreement in the interest of observing best practice under Jersey Law Society rules. Pro-forma documents are available on request
