Association Rules

Upon the signing of a tenancy agreement, either directly with the Association or with the group, body or organisation that is an affiliated member of JALGA, a plotholder shall observe all the Rules of Association, and any other restrictions or conditions imposed on the site by the Jersey Planning Department on which a plot is provided.

Landlords may also impose certain restrictions and conditions to tenure, which once agreed and embodied into the rental contract, shall also be deemed to form part of the Rules of Association for the Allotment site in question.
