If the complaint is of a nature relative to the association management, this should be referrred to JALGA Committee of Trustees in writing. All complaints will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Landowner complaints:
These should be taken up in the first instance with the chairman of the local association or committee to which you are renting land. If the matter remains unresolved, landowners can refer their complaint to JALGA Committee of Trustees in writing. All complaint issues will be treated in the strictest confidence.
